Access to your device
Tweeva needs access to your device's microphone to capture recordings. The app will ask you for permission before using your microphone.
User authentication
Tweeva allows you to create an account using Apple, Google, or your email and password. Your account is assigned a unique ID that is stored in our cloud (Supabase) along with your email address.
Recordings
Tweeva stores your recordings on your device. To analyze a recording, audio is temporarily transmitted to our servers and then immediately deleted. We do not store your recordings in our cloud.
AI analyses of your recordings
Tweeva analyzes your recordings using third-party AI services (OpenAI and Anthropic). The resulting analysis — key, tempo, chords, genre, and other metadata — is stored on your device and in our cloud. We may use anonymized analyses to help improve Tweeva.
Data we collect
We collect logs, errors, and usage metrics to help us fix bugs and understand how to make Tweeva better. This data may include your IP address and device diagnostics. It is stored in our cloud and is never sold to third parties.
Subscriptions
We use Apple's payment and subscription tools to manage your Tweeva subscription. To resolve payment or subscription questions, we may share usage data with Apple or RevenueCat, our subscription management provider.
Your data and account deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the Tweeva app — open the account menu and select Delete Account. This is immediate and permanent, with no waiting period. If you're unable to access the app, you can also contact us at support@tweeva.app to request deletion.
